All products are handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our items, orders are processed within 1-7 business days.

We offer worldwide shipping via Hellenic Post (ELTA). All shipments include a tracking number, which is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

· Europe: 3-7 business days

· United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

· United States & Canada: 7-14 business days

· Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, courier operations, and local circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Weather Conditions

Please note that extreme weather conditions (such as storms, heavy rain, snow, floods, or other natural events) may affect courier operations and cause delays in shipping or delivery. In such cases, delivery times may be extended beyond the estimated timeframe.

ElLuNa ships all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all customs duties and import taxes have been prepaid on your behalf.

Please note that local VAT or sales tax may apply depending on your country of residence and will be handled in accordance with local regulations.

We are not responsible for customs delays imposed by the destination country.
