Returns & Right of Withdrawal
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging suitable for fur products (box, not plastic bag)
- Return must include a valid tracking number

International Customers
For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any customs duties or import taxes are also non-refundable.

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
Additional Terms
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may already be in progress, and cancellation may not be possible. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@ellunastore.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ellunastore.com with photographic evidence and order details.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
